Ciaran Kelly re-signs for 2011

Sligo Rovers goalkeeping hero, Ciaran kelly, has signed a new contract.

The 30-year-old has been second choice to Richard Brush for much of his time here since arriving from Castlebar Celtic in 2009. However, he has played all 3 of our Cup Final's in the last 12 months, winning 2 of them. After his heroic performance in saving all for of Shamrock Rovers penalties in a nerve wracking shoot-out, Kelly will hope to make first choice his own when a fit again Brush is back. Kelly has found himself a very busy man with this success, recieving awards and being given the honour to turn on many local areas' Christmas lights.
