Both Rovers go into tomorrow evenings game on the back of opening day wins, so confidence will be high, also, a repeat of the dramtic Cup Final from just a few months ago adds to the excitement.

Former striker for both teams, Padraig Amond, feels Sligo Rovers will be winners on the night: "I think the game is going to be another fantastic match and the atmosphere is going to be brilliant aswell in the Showgrounds. I think Sligo might sneak it at the weekend.", however, he believes Shamrock Rovers will just about do enough to retain the league title.
